A form will pop up. Fill in your information. This will be in Russian, so on the top row first box Enter your first name, Top row second box enter your last name, Top row last box Enter your email address. On the second row enter your eBay ID Twice. Then click the red arrow.
Allow the App.
You are done! A message (in Russian) will pop up saying you have submitted your information. You will receive your eBay $15 Code in your email within 21 days. Just apply it at checkout and you will get $15 off.
